Refunds and cancellations

Remote booth sessions

Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your session, free.

Cancel 24 hours or more before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, aren't refunded, but you can reschedule once.

If the session didn't help, email hello@soundbridgeav.com within 7 days and we'll make it right, either with a follow-up call or a refund.

If we need to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.

Courses

When Booth Ready launches, it will include a 30-day refund: if it doesn't make Sunday easier for your team, email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to ask

Email hello@soundbridgeav.com with your name and booking date. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
